Very on time and very thorough! Made a very expensive job much more affordable for my family and I. Everything he repaired is working awesomely. He was even able to squeeze me in A couple days after to do another little job I needed done! Happily answered numerous of my questions. Working with this company was as smooth as can be and I’ll gladly recommend Ernie to anyone that asks me for a mechanic!

I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic. If I could give Ernie 10 stars I would. He’s a veteran and honestly a car savant. When my car broke down he went above and beyond—he actually picked me up from my house, drove me to my car, and diagnosed the problem with the fuel pump within minutes. He got it running so I could drive it home, and then later came to my house and replaced the part quickly and professionally. He also gave me an amazing price and a veteran’s discount, which meant a lot to me. What really stood out wasn’t just his skill, but his character. He was incredibly supportive, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a stressful situation. I honestly won’t go to anyone else for my car again. I’ve never received anywhere near this level of customer service from other shops. In the past I’ve dealt with places charging astronomical prices and sometimes taking months to order the right part and get it installed, leaving me without a vehicle. This experience was the complete opposite. If you want someone who is incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and truly goes above and beyond for their customers, I highly highly recommend him without hesitation.

Broke down at a truck stop in Park City, MT with a repair that Ford dealership did not want to do in the field. Stumbled upon Ernie’s business card in the comments of a Facebook post link from Google. Gave him a call and he was onsite with the part in hand within an hour. Amazing service, very polite, reasonable price, and a veteran yet to boot. Thankyou again for your service Ernie! 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Highly, highly recommend Precision Automotive!!
